Window Quilt warrants the components of its window insulating products to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Our warranty extends THREE YEARS from the date of purchase for personal use, or ONE YEAR if purchase is for commercial use. In the event of a defect, we
will repair or replace the defective components at no charge. If the original installation in your home was purchased by you from an authorized dealer, reinstallation of repaired or replaced parts will be without charge to you. For warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you made your purchase. If you do not obtain complete satisfaction, then contact the Customer Service Department at (800) 257-4501. In no event shall Window Quilt be liable for any special, indirect, incidental , or consequential damages. Window Quilt does not warrant to commercial purchasers fitness for a particular purpose or pay for
reinstallation. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NO ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND/OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
